Thanks to lots and lots of help from Mikey, my desktop computer IS letting me
connect to RoadRunner with Mandrake 7.1. It's sooo quick on internet stuff,
like going to sites. WOW!

I'm having one challenge, however, with my other computer, with
CorelDeluxeLinux. Not only can I not print ... I cannot get online with either
RoadRunner (when in the docking station) or with a dialup (to Wayne's

The RoadRunner connection gives me the following:

Netscape Error <2>
Netscape is unable to locate the server

Please check server name and try again.
... Perhaps the problem is with the name server. If your site must use a
non-root name server, you will need to set the $SOCKS_NS environment
variable to point at the appropriated name server. It may (or may not) be
necessary to set this variable, or the SOCKS host preference, to the IP
address of the host in question rather than its name.

Consult your system administrator.

I, of course, don't know what any of this means. Am I not my system

Any help will be appreciated.
