Netscape is saying that it can't connect to a DNS name server.
And 99% of the time this means you're not connected to the Internet.

How is this machine connected? Is it routed through your other
machine (which is working?), or does it connect to your ISP separately?

Also, if you have multiple connections and you're switching back and
forth, perhaps your routing tables or name server config are messed
up. What does "netstat -rn" say, and what's the contents of
/etc/resolv.conf ?
