What exactly do you want to change?

RH comes with an RPM package Xconfigurator which probably does what
you want. Here is its description:

Xconfigurator is a full-screen, menu-driven program which walks you
through setting up your X server. ... You should install
Xconfigurator if you are installing the X Window System.

I say "probably" because I've never used it. Ultimately, Xconfigurator
(or xf86config) is just a front end for modifying your XF86Config file
(usually found in /etc or /etc/X11). The hard way (and what I would
do since I'm old school) is to read "man XF86Config" and the docs in
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc and directly edit the XF86Config file. But for
once, I'll try recommending the easy way and see if that works out.
