Well, you can use "useradd" to add a regular user account to the
system (or manually edit /etc/shadow, passwd, group). You can also
add system aliases to /etc/aliases (be sure to run "newaliases" as
the note tells you).

But I'm not sure this is what you're looking for. What mail server
are you using, and how do users get their mail? If they login in to
your machine then the above is what you want. But if you're using
POP/IMAP, then I may have to refer you to the O'Reilly book.
