OS: SunOS 4.1.3

No compiler. Apparently the cc compiler was a separate add-on, and was
never installed on the machine.

I am now wrangling with .rhosts files to see if this is my answer.

Netcat doesn't seem to come in binaries for this OS, nor do gcc or cc, so I
have no way of compiling from source. Having someone else compile me a
netcat binary on a later SunOS box is a good idea, and one I may well use; I
had just hoped that there was a built-in solution. Maybe rdump is it,
although I can't seem to get it to work at the moment...
