The current RedHat linux system I have inherited to administer is set up in a
such a way that each user is created as a member of their own group (which is
the same as their user id). So, there is no universal group to which all
users belong. An application administrator with non-root privileges has
asked me to allow him to have read and write access to each user's home
directory. What is the best way to implement that?
